Top Air Force General Explains the Pilot’s Prayer

Air Force Chief of Staff General David Goldfein recently explained how modern technology has changed the “pilot’s prayer”:

“When I grew up flying F-16s, the pilot’s prayer was, ‘Please God, let me find my target and not let my buddies down,’” Goldfein said. “It’s changed. In precision warfare and the information age, it’s ‘Please God, let me hit the right target, and not let my buddies down…”

(Not to be confused with the Fighter Pilot Prayer, also known as “The Lord is my Crew Chief.”)

General Goldfein’s point was that technology has advanced to the point that pilots almost always hit what they aim at — so their prayer now is that they’re aiming at the right target (a surprisingly difficult challenge in the fog and friction of war, sometimes).

Mikey Weinstein Credited with Electing Donald Trump

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, last week Charisma Magazine listed the “Five People Donald Trump Should Be Thankful for,” and coming in at #5 was an unusual pick: Michael “Mikey” Weinstein.

Really? [emphasis added]

5. Mikey Weinstein and the Freedom From Religion Foundation…

Relentless legal threats over the public expression of faith by Mikey Weinstein (of Military Religious Freedom Foundation), the ACLU and Freedom From Religion Foundation backfired when Americans raised their voices through their vote.

At least to some, it seems the constant attacks on Read more

Air Force General Isn’t Highest Ranking Homosexual

rose3The homosexual community has vaunted the service of US Air Force MajGen Patricia “Trish” Rose, even presenting her with an award for being the “highest ranking openly LGBT service member in the US military.”

Still, members of the homosexual community likely know there are actually higher ranking individuals who are homosexual, though they’re not “open” — at least not officially.

anon3In fact, someone who outranks MajGen Rose recently took their new position in the military — and their homosexuality is apparently an open secret. This became an issue because lower level commanders were tripping over themselves directing their subordinates to mind their p’s and q’s regarding homosexuality — comments they most specifically addressed toward their chaplains.

Understandably, this Read more

Presidential Thanksgiving Proclamation

The year that is drawing toward its close has been filled with the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies. To these bounties, which are so constantly enjoyed that we are prone to forget the source from which they come, others have been added which are of so extraordinary a nature that they can not fail to penetrate and soften even the heart which is habitually insensible to the ever-watchful providence of Almighty God.

Harassed by Mikey Weinstein, Part 3: Targeting the Jewish Soccer Mom

As previously discussed, Michael “Mikey” Weinstein’s campaign of harassment included sending legal letters to ChristianFighterPilot.com with threats of lawsuits and implications of financial ruin.  But Weinstein’s use of those threats wasn’t limited to this site.

Mikey Weinstein even turned on a Jewish soccer mom.

In 2011, Jewish parents of a US Air Force Academy cadet encouraged their fellow Parents Club members to support USAFA.  Their comments said:

If you are a jewish cadet or a parent of a jewish cadet who has had a positive experience while attending the academy please write a response to Mikey Weinstein…

he currently is using the media to implicate a negative image of the Academy…

Consider: This comment was made in an Academy Parent’s Club forum, and it Read more

US Air Force Leaders Send Generic Non-Holiday Salutations

It has become somewhat of an amusing annual tradition to observe government and military officials attempt to say something about December 25th and its surrounding days without offending anyone. Of course, as the Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas wars have proven, not matter what they say, someone will be offended. The only question is who.

It seems the US Air Force is leading off the fight this year with Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James, Chief of Staff Gen David Goldfein, and outgoing Chief Master Sgt of the Air Force James Cody sending non-specific non-holiday salutations for the months of November and December [emphasis added]: Read more
