In the original Bayview ruling, <!--more-->the 11th Circuit had &#8220;reluctantly&#8221; ruled against the cross due to precedent and essentially asked the Supreme Court to overrule them.<\/p>\n<p>Given that history, it seems likely the Bayview cross will stand.<\/p>\n<p>The American Humanist Association, which was attacking the Bladensburg cross, is also behind the attack on the Bayview cross.
