He quotes and then agrees with retired General Jerry Boykin of the FRC, who noted<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Once the academy allowed cadets to use these whiteboards for their personal use, censorship of religious commentary is unacceptable&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Norris then listed 10 examples of &#8220;prohibition of religious expression&#8221; in the military over the past few years, including <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2011\/11\/07\/did-usafa-cancel-operation-christmas-child\/\">USAFA&#8217;s Operation Christmas Child<\/a>, Just War theory <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2011\/08\/04\/air-force-pulls-nuke-training-over-religion-complaint\/\">in ICBM training<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/07\/27\/camp-pendleton-cross-prompts-wider-review\/\">Camp Pendleton Cross<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/12\/17\/update-2-atheist-ends-military-nativity-in-bahrain\/\">live Nativity in Bahrain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He concluded the list with the perception that it gave him:\u00a0 <!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Apparently the military\u2019s urge for neutrality is officially and fundamentally transforming into hostility against faith and religious expression.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Norris then finishes with a stark contrast. Rather than a military leadership that pulls down a Bible verse as &#8220;inappropriate,&#8221; Norris quotes then-Commander in Chief President Franklin Roosevelt, whose <a href=\"http:\/\/www.christianfighterpilot.com\/images\/cincbible.jpg\">introduction to the Gideon Bible<\/a> included <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/07\/27\/commander-in-chief-commended-bible-reading-to-military-members\/\">his admonition<\/a> for his Soldiers to read it:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I take pleasure in commending the reading of the Bible to all who serve in the armed forces of the United States&#8230;It is a fountain of strength, and now, as always, an aid in attaining the highest aspirations of the human soul.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Is Chuck Norris&#8217;s perception correct?
