For America&#8221; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/news\/local\/breakingnews\/os-ucf-jonathan-matusitz-act-islam-muslim-20130810,0,1956416.story\">equivalent of the KKK<\/a> and demanded a speaker not be allowed to use county property.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hassan Shibly, an attorney and executive director of CAIR of Tampa, said he supports freedom of speech.<\/p>\n<p>But this individual makes statements to incite violence against the Muslim community, so I think that the line has been crossed,&#8221; Shibly said. &#8220;ACT! is an extremist group no different than the KKK. And if the KKK wanted to use that room, there would be a protest&#8230;&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>CAIR relies <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/01\/31\/general-boykin-withdraws-from-west-point-prayer-breakfast\/\">upon the &#8220;KKK&#8221; line<\/a> frequently.\u00a0 The speaker in question, UCF Professor Jonathan Matusitz, sounded a calm tone:\u00a0 <!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If I didn\u2019t think Islam poses a threat to Western civilization, then I would not stick my neck out by delivering public presentations on that subject.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hassan Shibly of CAIR-Tampa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bizpacreview.com\/2013\/08\/12\/cair-likens-ucf-professor-to-kkk-for-calling-islam-a-threat-to-america-81465\">also said<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIn America, you have the right to spew hateful\u201d rhetoric.\u00a0 &#8220;The statements that ACT! makes (against Muslims) would not be tolerated against any other community.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And that&#8217;s where the comedy begins.\u00a0 You see, Michael Weinstein has plainly said he is engaged in a war against those he deems to be\u00a0&#8216;bad&#8217; Christians, and <em>they<\/em> pose a similar\u00a0threat to the United States.\u00a0 Weinstein has used almost identical words to denounce Christians as Matusitz did Islam.\u00a0 In other words, CAIR is <em>wrong<\/em> &#8212; similar statements against &#8220;other communit[ies]&#8221; are most <em>certainly<\/em> tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, in evident hypocrisy,\u00a0<em>CAIR<\/em> tolerates them &#8212; as a frequent ally of Michael Weinstein in his attacks on military religious freedom.<\/p>\n<p>Talk about selective moral outrage.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the kicker, though:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Florida chapter of [CAIR] calls Matusitz as an &#8220;Anti-Islam Prof&#8221; and blasts what it calls his &#8220;bizarre claims&#8221; that &#8220;Germany will &#8216;become an Islamic republic by 2050.'&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They seem to forget their ally Weinstein, who is increasingly labeled an &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/02\/01\/ltgen-boykin-pressured-out-of-west-point-prayer-breakfast\/\">anti-Christian crusader<\/a>&#8221; by groups other than CAIR, has &#8220;bizarre&#8221; claims that American Christians are even now trying to take over the United States so they can <a href=\"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2012\/12\/27\/mrff-supporters-investigate-911-reveal-christian-iran-plot\/\">institute a second Holocaust<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yes.
