{"id":10746,"date":"2011-04-14T02:00:11","date_gmt":"2011-04-14T07:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/?p=10746"},"modified":"2011-04-12T00:45:09","modified_gmt":"2011-04-12T05:45:09","slug":"fort-hood-youth-group-designs-chaplain-statue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/christianfighterpilot.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/14\/fort-hood-youth-group-designs-chaplain-statue\/","title":{"rendered":"Fort Hood Youth Group Designs Chaplain Statue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A youth ministry group was responsible for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.army.mil\/-news\/2011\/04\/05\/54407-fort-hood-youth-design-create-statue-explore-faith-through-art\/index.html\">design and creation of a 1,200 pound bronze statue<\/a> that will soon grace the US Army Chaplain&#8217;s School in Fort Jackson, SC:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.christianfighterpilot.com\/images\/army_mil-104277-2011-04-05-160415sm.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"434\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The statue was designed and created by a group of Fort Hood kids and teens under the direction of Steve Carter, who runs [Fort Hood&#8217;s Chapel Ministry] Bob&#8217;s Diner, a middle and high school youth ministry group.
