A local article highlights US Army Chaplain (Maj) Douglas Ball and Chap (Capt) Rodney Gilliam, who visited an off-site training location to meet Soldiers’ spiritual needs:

Chaplains travel the world to support the spiritual needs — and Constitutional rights — of the troops under their care, whether that be to the local chapel, a training camp, or frontline combat.
