My guess would be a Sopwith Camel.
A common guess, likely because the Sopwith Camel is probably one of the most popular aircraft associated with WW1. But the Camel is a fighter, while this aircraft is clearly larger and has an unusual nose-gunner arrangement.
It’s actually a variant of the much-less well-known Royal Aircraft Factory FE2.
