US Air Force LtGen Thomas Trask, Vice Commander of Special Operations Command, hosted a Chanukah service in the Pentagon’s “Hall of Heroes,” where Medal of Honor recipients are documented.

That such a senior officer could publicly host such a religious event in uniform and in the Pentagon is a testament to the protection of religious free exercise in the US military.

Interestingly, Michael “Mikey” Weinstein hasn’t called for a court-martial and accused LtGen Trask “emboldening our enemies.”  Wonder why that might be…
